PIB701A 3BE0198-B is an external interface board unit for the ALSTOM MV7000 medium voltage high-power variable frequency drive system. PIB701A serves as the signal isolation acquisition and pulse interface board between the main control unit and the power circuit, responsible for isolating sampling and analog-to-digital conversion of on-site sensor signals (current, voltage, temperature, encoder feedback); PIB701A is responsible for receiving PWM pulse signals issued by the main control, performing level conversion and electrical isolation, and outputting them to the power unit. At the same time, it collects real-time power side fault signals and uploads them to the main control board for protection interlocking, ensuring the safe and stable operation of high-power medium voltage frequency converters in closed-loop speed regulation.
