BUM60-VC-0A-001 is a dedicated digital control card for servo power units produced by Baum ü ller in Germany. This card is a plug-in mezzanine control module that must be used in combination with the BUM60 series rectifier inverter power unit to form a complete servo drive system; BUM60-VC-0A-001 is equipped with a dedicated motion computing chip that integrates fully closed-loop control algorithms, multi-channel feedback acquisition, digital/analog IO, and industrial bus communication interfaces. It is compatible with DSD/DSF series synchronous servo motors and is widely used in small printing equipment, lightweight packaging machinery, precision conveyor platforms, and small automated multi axis equipment.

Core function

1. Three ring closed-loop motion calculation core
   Receive analog signals, pulses, or bus instructions from the upper PLC, complete real-time calculation of current, speed, and position three loop vectors, output modulation signals to drive the power unit IGBT, accurately control the servo motor to achieve point positioning, uniform speed conveying, constant tension control, and low-speed operation without torque pulsation.
2. Analysis of Feedback Signals for Multiple Types of Motors
   Compatible with rotary transformers, incremental encoders, and single turn absolute value encoders for signal acquisition, real-time reading of motor rotor angle and speed, continuous correction of operating deviations, forming a complete closed-loop control.
3. Command interaction and networking of upper system
   Equipped with RS232 debugging serial port and CANopen bus interface, it can connect with PLC and industrial control unit network to achieve parameter downloading, motion program writing, operation data uploading, and remote fault diagnosis; Supports two local command modes: ± 10V analog and pulse direction.
4. Equipment IO logic interlocking control
   Integrate multiple optoelectronic isolation digital inputs and outputs, connect enable, origin, positive and negative hardware limit, emergency stop, fault feedback signals, automatically execute equipment safety interlock logic, and block power output in case of abnormalities.
5. Whole machine fault diagnosis and protection linkage
   Real time collection of power unit voltage, current, and temperature signals, monitoring of phase loss, overcurrent, overtemperature, and feedback disconnection faults. After the fault is triggered, record the fault code and output an alarm signal to the outside for easy operation and maintenance troubleshooting.
