Integrating front-end three-phase rectification circuit and back-end IGBT inverter circuit, directly converting three-phase 400V AC power into DC bus voltage, and then inverting it into adjustable frequency and voltage three-phase AC power to drive servo motors, without the need for additional external rectification power supply. A single unit can independently drive a single axis motor. - Three ring closed-loop motion driven execution
Cooperate with VC control card to complete real-time calculation of current, speed, and position, support three control modes of position, speed, and torque, accurately output driving current to achieve high-speed positioning, uniform feeding, and constant tension winding control, with fast dynamic response speed and low speed without shaking. - Multi bus industrial network interaction
By expanding industrial buses such as CANopen, Profibus, EtherCAT through control cards, networking with upper level PLCs and motion controllers, multi axis synchronization, parameter downloading, operation data uploading, and remote fault diagnosis can be achieved.
