21000-16-05-00-080-04-02 is mainly used to install eddy current displacement probes outside the bearing housing without opening the oil chamber, achieving non-contact measurement of shaft vibration and displacement. The assembly includes accessories such as the housing, probe sleeve, sealing O-ring, threaded seal, and conduit joint, which protect the probe from lubricating oil, high temperature, and vibration. The probe is isolated outside the bearing housing for easy disassembly and calibration on site, meeting the API-670 unit monitoring standard. 21000-16-05-00-080-04-02 is an important installation supporting component for steam turbine units and rotating machinery condition monitoring systems.

Main function:

1. Collect external vibration transmitters, temperature, 4-20mA analog signals, complete signal conditioning and analog-to-digital conversion;
2. Upload device status data to the PermaLok II system to achieve monitoring of vibration, temperature, and other parameters, as well as over limit alarms;
3. Equipped with channel fault diagnosis, identifying signal disconnection and over range, and outputting fault alarms;
4. Onboard relay output, capable of driving external alarm circuits;
5. Panel LED status indicator light, convenient for on-site troubleshooting;
6. Used for replacing spare parts in case of hardware damage to the PermaLok II system in stock.
