330850-90-00 is a Bently Nevada 3300 XL 25mm series eddy current preamplifier, equipped with a 25mm eddy current probe and extension cable to form a complete displacement sensing system. 330850-90-00 provides excitation power for the probe, collects rotor clearance signals induced by the probe, converts mechanical clearance changes into continuous DC voltage signals, and sends them to the 3500 monitoring system; 330850-90-00 is mainly used for differential expansion and axial displacement measurement of steam turbines and large compressors, realizing online monitoring of rotor position. When the displacement exceeds the standard, it triggers an alarm or interlock shutdown to protect high-speed rotating units. It is a core component of TSI unit protection system.
