Bently Nevada 2300/20-00 is a 2300 series dual channel vibration monitoring and protection meter, which is an independent mechanical condition monitoring device. The 2300/20-00 supports two vibration inputs and one speed/key phase input, and can be connected to acceleration, speed, and eddy current probes to collect real-time vibration amplitude and speed signals of rotating equipment; Complete alarm logic judgment, relay protection output, and output 4-20mA analog signal to DCS system. Equipped with LCD local display, it realizes equipment local monitoring, over limit alarm, and interlock protection. The 2300/20-00 is mainly used for status protection of BOP auxiliary equipment such as pumps, fans, and compressors.

1. Integrate two vibration channels and one independent speed key phase channel, with synchronized sampling of the channels for easy vibration fault diagnosis and analysis.
2. Compatible with multiple sensor types: eddy current probes, velocity sensors, ICP acceleration sensors, hardware channels can be configured and switched between measurement types through software.
3. Equipped with an LCD panel and status LED indicator light, it can directly read vibration and speed values on site and check the alarm status.
4. Supports two 4-20mA analog outputs, making it easy to upload measurement data to the DCS control system; Programmable relays enable alarm and interlock tripping outputs.
5. BNC buffer output interface, can be connected to external acquisition instruments for deep fault analysis, with short-circuit and EMI electromagnetic protection.
6. Ethernet Modbus TCP communication, equipped with BNMC configuration software to complete parameter configuration, fault data reading, and support remote debugging.
7. Supports DIN rail or panel installation, flexible installation method, suitable for on-site deployment of control cabinets; Equipped with channel bypass, configuration locking, and remote reset functions.
8. Designed specifically for power plant auxiliary equipment and general rotating machinery, with a compact overall size, it is a compatible replacement model for the old 1900 series monitors.
