330103-05-10-12-05 belongs to the Bentley 3300 XL 8mm series eddy current approaching probe, which is the core sensing component of the rotor mechanical condition monitoring system. This probe needs to be paired with a supporting extension cable and preamplifier to form a complete sensing system. It relies on the principle of eddy current to achieve non-contact measurement, collect displacement and vibration signals of the rotating shaft, and is widely used in key units such as steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, large fans, and generators. It is connected to 3500 and 3300 monitoring frameworks to achieve online monitoring and interlocking protection.

  1. Radial shaft vibration monitoring: Non contact collection of dynamic radial vibration data of the shaft, real-time reflection of fault characteristics such as shaft oscillation, imbalance, and misalignment.
  2. Axial displacement measurement: Continuously monitor the axial displacement of the rotor to prevent friction and collision between the shaft and the thrust pad.
  3. Key phase and speed acquisition: Identify the axis marking slot, output phase reference signal for speed calculation and vibration phase analysis.
  4. Static gap monitoring: Measure the static gap between the probe and the shaft surface to determine whether the probe installation is within the effective working range.
  5. Fault interlock protection: The measurement signal is sent to the monitoring module, and when the vibration/displacement exceeds the limit, an alarm is triggered and the unit is interlocked to stop, avoiding major equipment damage.
  6. Predictive maintenance of equipment: Long term continuous collection of vibration trend data is used to analyze rotor degradation trends and develop maintenance plans.
