3500/70M-01-00 is a 4-channel reciprocating impact/velocity monitoring module in the Bently Nevada 3500 mechanical protection system. 3500/70M-01-00 receives vibration signals from seismic sensors, acceleration sensors, and Velomitor velocity sensors, collects and calculates signals, and can measure impact acceleration, reciprocating acceleration, reciprocating velocity, and low-frequency reciprocating velocity; The 3500/70M-01-00 supports custom alarm thresholds, which trigger warnings or danger interlocks when vibration exceeds the standard. It is used for vibration monitoring of reciprocating compressor crankcases, cross heads, and other parts to protect the reciprocating unit. At the same time, it transmits equipment health data to upper level software such as System 1 for predictive maintenance analysis.

1. Four channel acquisition, channels are configured in pairs, and each pair of channels can independently configure different measurement functions, with high flexibility.
2.  Specially adapted to the complex vibration characteristics of reciprocating compressors, different from ordinary rotating machinery monitoring cards, it can capture reciprocating impact signals.
3. Support SIL2 security level and meet the safety interlock protection requirements of key units in the petrochemical industry.
4. Integrated analog 4-20mA output and relay alarm contacts can be directly connected to DCS and alarm circuits to achieve interlocking shutdown.
5. Equipped with a comprehensive built-in board self diagnosis system, it can identify sensor disconnections, signal abnormalities, and module failures for quick troubleshooting.
6. Directly installed in the 3500 system rack, with backplane communication, seamless collaboration with 3500 power, communication, and other monitoring modules.
7.  It can be used in conjunction with System1 status monitoring software to achieve waveform acquisition, trend recording, support fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance.
