8BVI0220HCD8.000-1 is a B&R ACOPOSmulti series dual axis servo inverter module. Need to use ACOPOSmulti power module to share 750V DC bus. Two independent inverter circuits are integrated inside the module, which receive motion commands from the B&R PLC through the EtherCAT real-time bus, collect feedback signals from two servo motor encoders, and achieve closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque for two axes; 8BVI0220HCD8.000-1 comes with SafeMOTION safety function, integrating motor brake drive output and motor temperature detection interface. One module simultaneously drives two servo motors, saving installation space in the control cabinet and suitable for multi axis linkage automation equipment

1. Dual axis integrated inverter design, with two completely independent power circuits built into a single module. The single axis has a rated output of 22A, and one module can simultaneously drive two servo motors, reducing the number of modules in the cabinet and saving installation space.
2. Cold plate/through type heat dissipation structure, high heat dissipation efficiency, suitable for long-term continuous high load operation, stable heat dissipation, and excellent temperature rise control.
3. Native equipped with SafeMOTION safety movement function, supporting safe shutdown and safe torque cut-off STO, meeting the functional safety specifications of mechanical equipment.
4. Equipped with two motor brake drive outputs and a PT100 temperature detection channel for the motor, it directly monitors the temperature of the motor winding and protects the motor from overheating and damage.
5. EtherCAT industrial real-time Ethernet bus, high multi axis synchronization accuracy, seamless communication and linkage with the B&R X20 series PLC, fast motion response speed.
6. Compatible with multiple encoder types such as EnDat, BiSS, SinCos, and Hiperface, supporting high-precision position feedback to meet precision positioning processes.
7. Reserve 2 expansion sub card slots, which can be used to expand advanced security and IO functions as needed; The panel LED status indicator light is convenient for on-site debugging and fault diagnosis.
