8V1090.001-2 belongs to the B&R ACOPOS series single axis servo drive, with a rated power of 4kW and a circuit board with coating protection version.

The main function of 8V1090.001-2 is to receive instructions from the B&R PLC/motion controller, achieve closed-loop control of torque, speed, and position of servo motors, and complete high-precision positioning, synchronous motion, electronic cam and other process actions. 8V1090.001-2 comes with a built-in input filter and built-in braking resistor, supporting plug-in communication modules to expand buses such as POWERLINK and CANopen. It is widely integrated into complete automation equipment to achieve precise motion control of single axis servo. At the same time, it has electronic safety restart interlock function to enhance the safety level of equipment operation.

1. The circuit board is designed with coating protection, which can withstand dust, moisture, and slightly corrosive gases compared to the ordinary version, and is suitable for cabinet environments with relatively harsh working conditions.

7.  Rich fault self diagnosis function, which can monitor faults such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, motor disconnection, etc., and quickly locate problems
