IS3Z-MB 04005000-SB is a Chentronics iScan3 series ultraviolet/infrared dual spectrum flame scanner, belonging to the explosion-proof flame detection probe. IS3Z-MB 04005000-SB uses ultraviolet and infrared composite sensing technology to monitor combustion flame signals in real time, distinguish between real flames and interference signals such as furnace reflection, thermal radiation, and dust, and output flame status signals and analog flame intensity signals to the boiler combustion management system BMS to achieve flame monitoring, flameout protection, and combustion status diagnosis. It is the core detection device for combustion safety interlock protection.

2. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof design, meeting the installation requirements of Zone 2 hazardous areas, suitable for flammable and explosive fuel conditions.
3.  Circular LED halo indicator provides a visual view of flame status, equipment malfunctions, and communication abnormalities.
4.  Supports relay switch and 4-20mA analog dual output, compatible with mainstream BMS and DCS systems.
5.  RS485 communication enables remote reading of flame intensity, equipment diagnostic information, and parameter configuration.
