SAN-12II is a specialized servo controller for Japanese DDK servo tightening machines, used in conjunction with DDK NFT series servo tightening shafts. The controller receives tightening process instructions from the upper PLC and drives the servo tightening shaft to perform bolt tightening operations; SAN-12II has built-in torque and angle closed-loop calculation, supporting multiple tightening strategies such as torque method, angle monitoring, yield point, etc. It collects torque and angle data in real time, completes bolt tightening, quality judgment, and data storage and upload. SAN-12II is the core control unit of automated bolt assembly production line.

1. Developed specifically for DDK servo tightening shafts, achieving dual closed-loop precision control of torque and angle, meeting the requirements of high-precision bolt assembly processes.
2. Support multiple tightening process modes: torque+angle monitoring, yield point detection, identify bolt yield state, and avoid false tightening and over tightening defects.
3. Equipped with a local display screen and operation buttons, it can directly set tightening parameters, view tightening curves, and alarm information on the panel.
4. Equipped with parallel I/O interface and RS232 communication interface, it can interface with PLC and upper MES system, upload tightening records, and achieve assembly data traceability.
5. Built in tightening result judgment logic, automatic output of qualified/NG signals, and linkage with the production line to remove defective workpieces.
6. Improve fault self diagnosis: overload, torque abnormality, encoder fault, power supply abnormality, etc., display fault codes for easy and quick maintenance.
7. Rack mounted cabinet installation, aluminum profile shell, good heat dissipation performance, suitable for long-term continuous operation of automated production line control cabinets.
