DEIF SCM-2 Delomatic 3 System Synchronous Measurement Control Module
SCM-2 is a synchronous measurement and control module for the DEIF Delomatic 3 system in Denmark, with order number 1044220110E. It is specifically designed for the development of multi bus distribution systems for ship power stations and land-based generator sets. The module is installed based on the rack backplane bus and is responsible for three-phase electrical quantity acquisition, synchronization condition detection, bus tie circuit breaker control, and basic electrical protection. It is often used in conjunction with the SCM-1 main generator control module to expand the grid connection control capabilities of the power station’s segmented busbars and shaft generators.

- High precision collection of three-phase electricity: real-time measurement of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive power, power factor, etc., providing raw measurement data for the control system.
- Automatic synchronization and grid connection detection: Continuously compare the voltage, frequency, and phase difference between the circuit to be closed and the bus, and output a closing permission signal after meeting the preset threshold to achieve safe synchronization.
- Control of bus tie/shaft belt unit circuit breaker: Drive the bus tie switch and the outlet circuit breaker of the shaft belt generator to close and open, completing the segmented connection of the power grid and the switching of the unit.
- Built in electrical fault protection: monitors abnormal working conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overclocking, low-frequency, reverse power, etc., triggers alarms or trip commands, and ensures the safe operation of the power grid.
- Backplane bus data exchange: By exchanging operational information with the CM-2 main control module and other functional modules through the internal bus of the rack, a complete power station control system is formed.
- Complex power grid expansion control: A single DGU rack can be configured with up to 3 SCM-2, suitable for complex distribution topologies with multiple busbars and multiple power sources coexisting.
