DEIF SCM4-2 Measurement and Synchronization Control Module

DEIF SCM4-2 is a high-precision measurement and synchronization control module of the Danish DEIF Delomatic-4 (DM-4) system. Rack backplane installation, 12TE width, is the signal acquisition unit of the DM-4 power station control system, which works in conjunction with the PCM4.1 processor module.

Main function:

1. Collect three-phase voltage and current signals from the generator and bus, and complete high-precision measurements of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, and power factor;
2. Implement synchronous detection and verification of generator sets for grid connection, providing criteria for closing and grid connection;
3. Built in fast protection logic, completing fast protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, frequency abnormality, etc., and can directly drive the circuit breaker to trip;
4. Upload measurement data and fault status to the PCM4.1 main control module through the backplane bus;
5. Collect feedback signals of circuit breaker positions, complete switch status monitoring, and use them for multi machine parallel connection and load distribution logic operations;
6. As a hardware spare part, it is used for replacement and repair of damaged SCM4-2 modules in the DM-4 system.
