9202-ETS-HN1 is a Modbus TCP dedicated firewall version in the Eaton Crouse Hinds series MTL Tofino industrial security firewall.
9202-ETS-HN1 is a deep packet inspection firewall designed specifically for industrial control systems. It is installed in series at critical nodes of the control network (such as between DCS/SCADA and PLC, between the control network and production network), and only allows Modbus TCP communication messages that have been whitelisted. It intercepts illegal instructions, abnormal writes, and network attacks, while recording event logs. The 9202-ETS-HN1 adopts a Plug-n-Protect plug and play design, which can be installed without modifying the existing network topology and IP configuration. The built-in Test mode can verify policies without interrupting production. HN1 version is configured with dual port copper cable (100BASE-TX) and is a Modbus firewall certified by Honeywell Expert PKS FTE network

1. Dedicated Modbus TCP deep packet inspection firewall, white name standalone system only allows valid Modbus function codes and register address ranges, blocking illegal write instructions.
2. Plug-n-Protet is designed to be plug and play, with no need for pre configuration or modification of existing network IP and topology during installation. It can work simply by connecting to a link.
3. Unique Test mode, first run in “only record, not intercept” mode, verify the strategy is correct, and then switch to intercept mode without interrupting production.
4. Pre installed with Firewall, Event Logger, and NetConnect security modules, providing firewall, log auditing, and network isolation capabilities right out of the box.
5. Dual 100BASE-TX electrical ports (HN1 copper cable version), with an optional fiber optic version, supporting up to 30km single-mode fiber transmission.
6. Industrial grade design with ultra wide temperature range of -40~+70 ℃, metal reinforced shell, suitable for control cabinets and harsh industrial sites.
7. Explosion proof certification: Class I Div. 2/ATEX Zone 2, can be directly installed in cabinets near hazardous areas in the petrochemical industry.
8. DIN rail installation, 5W low power consumption, fanless natural heat dissipation, MTBF up to 74.5 years.
9. Remote configuration, diagnosis, and policy issuance can be performed through USB port and Tofino Configurator free software.
10. Honeywell Expert PKS FTE network certification matching model, seamlessly integrated with Honeywell DCS.
11. Digital input and alarm relay output, supporting external interlocking and fault alarm upload.
