Eaton URTDII-01 Universal RTD Temperature Acquisition Module

URTDII-01 is an Eaton universal RTD temperature acquisition module, mainly used in conjunction with E-series motor protection relays (EMR-4000, etc.). URTDII-01 can connect up to 12 thermal resistance RTD sensors to collect temperature signals from motor windings, bearings, load bearings, and auxiliary measuring points. The collected temperature data is transmitted to the protection relay through optical fibers. URTDII-01 is used for temperature monitoring, overheating warning, and temperature protection of equipment such as motors, generators, and transformers. It can achieve remote temperature measurement, shorten the wiring length of on-site RTD sensors, and enhance the anti-interference ability of temperature measurement systems.

Main function:

1. 12 channel RTD acquisition, capable of grouping and monitoring motor windings, bearings, load bearings, and auxiliary temperature measurement points, with group management of measurement points.
2. Fiber optic and protective relay communication effectively isolate electrical interference, suitable for high and low voltage switchgear environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
3. Support remote and nearby installation, significantly shorten the RTD sensor cable, and reduce long-term signal attenuation and interference.
4. Compatible with standard thermal resistors such as PT100, with high acquisition accuracy, providing real-time temperature data, and supporting overheat protection logic.
5. Integrated Modbus RTU, which can be connected to the upper monitoring system to read temperature data.
6. Modular design, independent power supply, compatible with Eaton EMR4000 motor protection device.
