KJ4002X1-BA1 is an 8-slot vertical I/O dock on the left side of the Emerson DeltaV DCS system. KJ4002X1-BA1 serves as the load-bearing base for I/O modules, capable of vertically installing up to 8 DeltaV I/O submodules; Responsible for allocating LocalBus local bus communication, providing backplane power for I/O cards, completing signal routing, shielding grounding, and building data transmission channels between controllers and various AI/AO/DI/DO cards. KJ4002X1-BA1 is the basic rack component of the DeltaV control cabinet I/O unit, providing mechanical support and electrical interconnection for the entire process control I/O system.
