KJ3204X1-BK1 is an Emerson DeltaV SIS S series 32 channel 24VDC high side digital output DO safety card, belonging to the SIS dedicated output module for safety instrument systems. KJ3204X1-BK1 receives interlocking instructions from the SIS controller through the SISnet bus, outputs 24V high side switch signals, and drives on-site solenoid valves, relays, motor starters, and other actuating components; When hazardous working conditions occur in the process, quickly trigger emergency shutdown, valve closing and other safety actions, have channel level diagnosis and fault reporting capabilities, support simplex or redundant configuration, KJ3204X1-BK1 is the core output card of SIS safety interlock system in chemical, petrochemical and power plants.
Main function:
- 32 channel high side digital output, with a maximum output current of 100mA per channel, and a maximum on-site power supply limit of 3.2A for the entire card. A single card can drive a large number of on-site switch type actuators, saving cabinet slots.
- Specially developed for DeltaV SIS safety instrumented system, supporting SISnet safety bus communication, configurable with simplex or redundant architecture, meeting the high availability requirements of functional safety systems.
