Main function:

1. In the MV3000 medium voltage frequency converter system, the DC bus voltage is inverted into three-phase AC output to drive high-power AC motors;
2. The water-cooled Delta topology power module receives pulse signals from the CDC drive controller and outputs high current to drive the motor for speed regulation;
3. Integrate power devices, water-cooled cooling circuits, gate drivers, and status detection circuits to collect real-time module temperature, current, and fault signals for feedback to the main control;
4. The combination of multiple modules can achieve the expansion of high-power transmission systems and adapt to the starting and continuous operation conditions of heavy-duty motors;
5. The module comes with fault detection, which can identify faults such as overcurrent, overheating, and abnormal water cooling, triggering system protection shutdown;
6. As a spare part, it is used for replacement and repair of damaged power units in the existing MV3000 transmission system.
