PEDL1000-57941101 is a liquid-cooled Delta inverter power module that is compatible with the GE/AVID Controls MV3000 drive system. It is a high-power IGBT frequency conversion power unit. PEDL1000-57941101 is used in high-power transmission scenarios such as ship propulsion, fans, large motor speed regulation, and wind power converters. This module is used in conjunction with the PECe driver controller and is responsible for the electrical energy conversion from the DC bus to the AC output.
Main functions
- DC to AC inverter: Invertes the DC voltage output by the rectifier unit into three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and amplitude, driving high-power AC motors.
- Motor speed control: Cooperate with the upper controller to achieve V/F or vector control, accurately adjust the motor speed and torque.
- Energy bidirectional conversion (AFE configuration): It can serve as an active front-end to achieve motor regeneration energy feedback to the grid, saving energy and suppressing harmonics.
- System expansion and parallel connection: Up to 6 modules can run in parallel to meet the requirements of ultra-high power transmission.
- Fault isolation protection: Built in IGBT temperature, overcurrent, and overvoltage monitoring, blocking pulses in case of faults to protect power devices and front-end equipment.
