IS200STCIH4A is a special contact input+analog mixed terminal board for General Electric’s GE Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine control system, belonging to the IS200 series IO matching base plate. IS200STCIH4A is installed on the frame of the steam turbine control cabinet as the core signal transfer carrier of the controller. It is responsible for the signal transfer between the on-site valve, vibration, temperature, switch contact signals and the main control CPU. It is widely used in the speed regulation, protection, and load control circuits of thermal power steam turbines, gas turbines, and combined cycle units. It is the underlying signal acquisition hardware for the safe and stable operation of the unit.

Receive safety logic instructions from the Mark VIe controller, output unit trip signals through relay dry contacts, drive the main steam valve, fuel cut-off valve, and lubricating oil trip solenoid valve, and achieve emergency shutdown protection for faults. - External auxiliary circuit transfer:
Drive small intermediate relays and on-site opening and closing circuits to isolate and convert weak electrical signals in the control system into strong electrical control circuits, isolating strong and weak electrical signals to avoid damage to the main control board. - Electrical isolation protection:
The built-in independent electromagnetic relay achieves complete electrical isolation between the control side and the on-site load side, blocking strong electrical surges and electromagnetic interference on site, and protecting the main control CPU and IO core board. - Standardized centralized cabling carrier:
