0005-4050-430 is an integrated control module specifically designed for GEA Westfalia oil separators in Germany. 0005-4050-430 integrates an operation panel, display unit, and IO control, and is the core controller of GEA centrifugal separators. 0005-4050-430 is responsible for the complete process logic control of the oil separator, realizing the timing of drum slag discharge, speed monitoring, vibration detection, inlet and outlet valve control, and automatic operation of oil-water separation process; Real time collection of pressure, temperature, vibration and other sensor signals, with fault alarm and interlock shutdown functions, while supporting local parameter settings, status display, and can also communicate with the upper DCS/PLC to upload operational data.

1.  Integrated design, PLC+display operation panel integrated, embedded panel installation, no need for additional independent HMI.
2. Equipped with a GEA oil separator specific standard control program, it automatically executes a complete set of sequential processes including water inlet, sealing, separation, slag discharge, and flushing.
3. Real time monitoring of key parameters such as equipment vibration, speed, oil temperature, pressure, etc., automatic alarm interlocking protection in case of overspeed, vibration exceeding the standard, and abnormal pressure, to prevent equipment damage.
4. Film button+LCD display screen, local view of operating parameters and alarm codes, and on-site modification of process parameters such as slag discharge cycle and protection threshold.
5. Equipped with digital input and output terminals, directly drive solenoid valves and contactors, and collect signals from on-site sensors and limit switches.
6. RS232 serial communication, which can be connected to the upper control system to upload operating status, fault records, and process data.
7. The front panel is IP54 protected and can adapt to dusty and humid industrial environments such as cabins and factory workshops. It has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference.
