F8651E is a non safety type central processing unit module from the German dark horse HIMA HIQuad H41q/H51q series, used in conjunction with the safety type F8650E. The main function of F8651E is to serve as a non safety side computing unit of the system, responsible for routine automation logic, upper communication forwarding, data collection, trend recording, SOE event collection, and human-machine interface interaction; By exchanging data between dual port RAM and secure CPU (F8650E), the secure interlock logic still executes in the F8650E secure CPU, while F8651E only undertakes non secure monitoring, communication, and data management tasks, separating secure and non secure tasks.

1. Non secure CPU, paired with F8650E secure CPU, with security logic isolated from conventional monitoring tasks hardware, in line with the old HIQuad architecture design;
2. Equipped with 2 RS485 serial ports, used to connect the upper computer, HMI, SCADA system, upload real-time data, alarms, and historical trends;
3. Onboard digital diagnostic display and status indicator light, which can directly read module operation, communication, and fault codes, facilitating on-site troubleshooting;
4. Equipped with a built-in lithium battery, it can save parameters and event records after power failure, and the battery life is generally 3-5 years;
5. Backplane bus hot plug design, constantly replacing modules in the cabinet, reducing the risk of device maintenance downtime;
6. Do not perform safety functions such as emergency stop and interlock protection, and all safety actions are independently operated by the F8650E safety CPU
7.  Industrial grade EMC anti-interference design, suitable for strong electromagnetic interference control cabinet environments such as power plants, chemicals, oil and gas;
