It is connected to on-site IO modules through an IOTA base and is widely used in process industrial devices such as petroleum, chemical, power, and oil and gas.

- Execute control strategy calculation: Run the PID regulation, logic interlocking, timing control, and batch program installed under Control Builder to complete the closed-loop automatic control of the device.
- Manage IO data exchange: Communicate with the IOTA base, collect on-site analog and switch signals, and issue output instructions to on-site execution devices
- System data transfer: Communicate with FTE fault-tolerant Ethernet, upload real-time data and alarm information to the operation station, and receive instructions issued by the operator.
- Support for redundant operation: Two controllers work together with redundant cables to form a redundant architecture, enabling undisturbed switching in the event of a main controller failure, ensuring continuous operation of the device.
- Event and alarm management: Generate process alarms and SOE event records, store fault sequence information, and facilitate accident tracing and analysis.
- Third party system docking: relying on communication cards to achieve data exchange with third-party devices such as PLCs, speed control systems, and analyzers.
