Honeywell 900U01-0100 is a 16 channel Universal IO (UIO) module on the ControlEdge HC900 platform, which is the core I/O unit of Honeywell’s new generation process control PLC. Each channel of 900U01-0100 can be freely configured through software, with individual settings for AI analog input, AO analog output, DI digital input, DO digital output, and support for HART protocol. The module collects signals from on-site transmitters, valves, and switches, converts them into digital signals, and uploads them to the HC900 controller; Receive instructions from the controller and output control signals to drive the on-site execution mechanism.

1. 16 channel software universal configuration, single channel independent configuration AI/AO/DI/DO, hardware does not need to be modified, reducing inventory card types.
2. Support HART protocol, analog channel can read and write intelligent HART transmitter parameters, and read device diagnostic information.
3. Channel independent electronic short circuit protection, single channel short circuit will not affect the normal operation of other channels in the module.

8. Directly connect to the HC900 backplane, support hot swappable maintenance, and replace modules without shutting down.
