DC-TDIL51 is a digital input IOTA terminal base for Honeywell’s Expert PKS C series DCS system, which must be used in conjunction with the DC-PDIL51 digital input card. DC-TDIL51 serves as a wiring adapter component between on-site cables and I/O boards, providing screw terminals for connecting 24VDC digital signals such as on-site switches, limit switches, and pressure switches; DC-TDIL51 is responsible for signal circuit protection, line diagnostic acquisition, transmitting on-site switch status signals to the DC-PDIL51 board above, and achieving electrical isolation between the on-site circuit and the backplane bus. DC-TDIL51 is an indispensable supporting wiring base for the entire DI input channel.
