FE-USI-0002 is a universal safety interface module for Honeywell Safety Manager safety system. As a supporting I/O submodule for the Safety Manager system, it is used to connect various safety instrument signals on site, complete safety signal acquisition, logic diagnosis, and safety output control.

1. 8 configurable secure digital input channels, with a single module capable of connecting multiple security sensors, emergency stop, and protective door signals, reducing the number of module types and cabinet wiring.
2. Equipped with a comprehensive circuit diagnostic function, it continuously detects short circuits, disconnections, and power supply abnormalities in the circuit. Once a fault occurs, it immediately triggers a safety output action.
3. SIL2 safety level certification, meeting the functional safety requirements of industrial safety instrumented systems, relay output is Form C contact, with strong load capacity.
4. Signal isolation design, 2.5kV electrical isolation between input, output, and ground to resist strong electromagnetic interference on site.
5. Quick response, input to output response time ≤ 2ms, quickly cut off dangerous equipment in case of safety incidents.
6. Modular rack installation, compatible with Honeywell Safety Manager system cabinets, hot swappable maintenance, without affecting other safety circuits.
7. Wide temperature working range, suitable for high temperature and large temperature difference on-site environments such as chemical and refining industries.
