KEBA HT401-222-8/0 belongs to the KeTop HT400 series handheld teaching operation unit (handheld HMI), which is a portable handheld operation panel specially designed by KEBA Austria for injection molding machines, manipulators, and CNC machine tools. HT401-222-8/0 integrates touch screen, physical function buttons, emergency stop button, and three-stage enable switch, used for manual tapping debugging, axis teaching, parameter modification, process screen monitoring, and fault viewing of equipment; Operators can operate the equipment at close range while holding it, ensuring personal safety during the debugging phase.

1. Handheld portable ergonomic shell, easy for operators to operate on site, suitable for teaching and debugging of devices at close range.
2. Integrated three-stage enable switch+independent emergency stop button, meeting mechanical safety regulations. If the button is released in dangerous working conditions, the equipment will immediately stop.
3. An 8-inch color resistive touch screen paired with thin film physical buttons ensures stable operation of both touch and buttons in oily and humid environments.
4. Adopting CAN/RS485 bus communication, shielded handheld cables, strong anti-interference ability, and compatible with KEBA Kemro control system for communication.
5. The front panel has an IP65 protection level, is dust-proof and splash proof, and can withstand workshop coolant and dust environments.
6. Support machine debugging functions such as axis jog, origin regression, program single step operation, formula modification, and alarm information viewing.
7. Sturdy reinforced plastic shell, resistant to drop impact, suitable for frequent handheld use in the workshop.
8. Compatible with KEBA injection molding machine controller and robotic arm control system, configuration software can customize screen layout.
