Product function
1. Numerical Control Operation Master: Analyze the G code of the machining program, complete interpolation operation and trajectory calculation, output motion instructions to drive the servo units of each axis, and achieve machine tool cutting control.
2. Whole machine logic management: handle the PLC logic program of the machine tool, manage the machine tool IO signals, tool magazine, cooling, lubrication, door interlock and other auxiliary functions of the whole machine.
3. Human computer interaction docking: Connect the system operation panel and display screen, receive operator button commands, and provide feedback on machine status and alarm information.
4. Servo bus communication: Communicate with servo drivers through high-speed buses, read servo position and speed feedback, and form closed-loop motion control.
5. Equipment spare parts replacement: Used for repairing old Mazak machine tools, directly replacing the same model, restoring the CNC function of the entire machine, and reducing the cost of equipment renovation and shutdown.
