0448110-C is an Orbotech QCLB image processing control board. It is the core control board of PCB AOI automatic optical inspection equipment, and 0448110-C is applied to Orbotech ACK series optical inspection machines. The board is responsible for image acquisition data calculation, light source logic control, detection algorithm processing, and cooperates with other sub boards of the whole machine to complete PCB circuit, open circuit and short circuit, defect recognition calculation.

- Receive raw PCB image data collected by the camera, complete high-speed image processing and defect algorithm calculation, and output defect judgment results.
- Control the triggering of the entire machine’s light source and image synchronization timing to ensure precise synchronization between the camera and the light source movement mechanism.
- Communicate with the CPU board of the device host to transmit detection images, defect coordinates, and alarm information.
- Some configuration parameters of the storage device participate in the whole machine self-test, and board failures can directly cause AOI devices to be unable to perform detection operations.
