PC833-103-N is a high-performance single axis fully digital brushless servo drive from Pacific Scientific PC800 series. The whole machine adopts a compact integrated design, compatible with single-phase wide width AC power supply. PC833-103-N is equipped with a high-precision decoding unit for 24 bit rotary transformers, DRDC dynamic response control algorithm, integrated current/speed/position three loop closed-loop operation, multi-channel programmable IO, and multiple types of upper command interfaces.

Core function

1. Three ring closed-loop high-precision servo drive
   Receive pulses, analog signals, and serial communication instructions from the upper PLC, complete real-time calculations of current, speed, and position, output standard three-phase drive current to control the brushless servo motor, achieve high-speed precise positioning, uniform conveying, and constant torque tension control, with minimal speed fluctuations, and meet the requirements of micrometer level machining positioning.
2. Rotary high-precision position acquisition and analysis
   Built in 24 bit RDC rotary transformer decoding module, no optical grating vulnerable parts, accurate acquisition of motor rotor angle position, resistant to dust, oil pollution, strong vibration interference, and supports encoder analog pulse output, providing real-time feedback of shaft position data to the upper system.
3. Multi mode point index motion control
   Built in independent point indexing function, it can complete multi-stage indexing, round-trip, and intermittent positioning programs without the need for a higher-level motion controller, simplifying the overall control system architecture and reducing the cost of higher-level hardware.
4. Multi channel isolated IO signal logic interaction
   Configure multiple sets of optoelectronic isolated digital inputs and outputs, which can be connected to origin switches, upper and lower hardware limits, equipment clamping, fault alarms, start stop trigger signals, and build a complete equipment safety interlock circuit. Support high-speed capture input to achieve synchronous cutting positioning.
