SC153-010-05 is a Pacific Scientific SC150 series three-phase fully digital brushless servo drive. The whole machine adopts a vertical compact metal shell, suitable for 230VAC three-phase industrial power supply. SC153-010-05 has a built-in dynamic braking circuit and a complete three ring motion control algorithm. It comes standard with multiple optoelectronic isolation IO and multiple types of upper command interfaces. It is compatible with position feedback from rotary transformers and incremental encoders, and is matched with PMA and PMB series permanent magnet brushless servo motors of the same brand. It is widely used in printing equipment, packaging machinery, automated gantry transplanting, and precision indexing equipment.

The integrated dynamic braking circuit quickly consumes regenerated electrical energy when the motor decelerates and stops, without the need for external braking resistors to achieve rapid braking, shortening equipment start stop response time and reducing supporting hardware costs. - Dual type position feedback analysis
Simultaneously supporting the acquisition of feedback signals from rotary transformers and incremental encoders, it is suitable for harsh working conditions such as dust, oil pollution, and strong vibration. It can output analog pulse signals to the external environment and synchronize shaft position data in real-time with the upper system. - Multi channel programmable IO logic linkage
Equipped with 16 channels of optoelectronic isolated digital input and output, it can be connected to origin switches, upper and lower hardware limits, equipment clamping, fault alarms, start stop trigger signals, and build a complete equipment safety interlock circuit. It supports high-speed capture input to achieve synchronous cutting positioning.
