Pacific Scientific SC750 121-235 Single axis Programmable Servo Controller

SC750 121-235 is a universal digital servo drive from Pacific Scientific/Kollmorgen SC750 series. Belonging to the early independent motion control unit, model 121-235 is the complete ordering code for the whole machine, equipped with rotary transformer RDC feedback decoding, built-in ServoBASIC Plus motion programming language, integrated power drive, logic operation, multi-channel IO, and multi serial communication integrated hardware. SC750 121-235 is compatible with permanent magnet brushless servo motors and widely used in point-to-point motion scenarios such as packaging machinery, textile equipment, machine tool indexing tables, roll correction, and automated conveying equipment. It supports independent offline operation of motion programs without the need for external motion control cards.

Independently complete the position, speed, and torque three loop digital closed-loop operation, compatible with analog signals, pulse directions, and encoder feedback multiple upper level commands, output precise driving current to control the servo motor, achieve high-speed positioning, uniform feeding, constant tension torque output, and support a maximum motor speed of 12000RPM.
Offline independent motion program execution
Built in 24K non-volatile program storage space, point, synchronization, intermittent, and division logic can be written through ServoBASIC Plus, and the entire equipment action process can be automatically completed without a PLC upper computer, simplifying the overall control system architecture.
High precision position acquisition of rotary transformer
Standard rotary decoding circuit, no optical grating structure, anti dust, oil pollution, strong vibration, output encoder analog signal docking with upper monitoring, meeting the long-term stable positioning requirements in harsh industrial environments.
