PMA22B-01100-00 is a Pacific Scientific PMA series 70 frame 6-pole permanent magnet synchronous brushless servo motor. The motor adopts a 70mm square standard flange body, and the B-type winding is compatible with a 240VAC industrial servo system. PMA22B-01100-00 comes standard with a rotary transformer feedback and built-in 24V electromagnetic brake. It has a keyway free optical axis structure and is used in conjunction with PC833, SC150, and SC750 series servo drives of the same brand. PMA22B-01100-00 is equipped with high-energy neodymium iron boron rotor magnetic steel, low tooth slot torque design, protection level IP65, integrated body sealing structure, suitable for small and medium power high-precision motion equipment such as printing, packaging, automated transplanting, precision indexing table, and roll correction.

1. High precision closed-loop power output
   Receive the three-phase driving current of the servo driver, complete the closed-loop execution of position, speed, and torque, output stable rated torque, achieve precise positioning, uniform feeding, and constant tension control of the equipment, operate at high speed without shaking, and have high repeat positioning accuracy.
2. Real time feedback on the position of the rotary transformer
   The built-in rotary transformer serves as a position detection component, continuously transmitting rotor angle signals to the driver without interference from dust, oil stains, and strong vibrations, ensuring position closed-loop stability under harsh working conditions. It supports the driver to output analog pulses to the upper PLC.
3. Power off self-locking brake
   Integrated 24V electromagnetic holding brake, instantly locks the motor shaft when the equipment stops or loses power, preventing the load from slipping and the workpiece from shifting. It is suitable for equipment with gravity falling risks such as vertical gantry and lifting mechanisms, without the need for additional external braking mechanisms.
4. Adapt to multi-mode motion control
   Combined with corresponding servo drives, it supports various process motion logics such as point indexing, continuous speed, constant torque tension, synchronous following, etc., to meet the automation processes of cutting, unwinding, and automatic loading and unloading.
5. Continuous and stable long-term operation
   Optimized stator winding heat dissipation structure, excellent temperature rise control, supports 7 × 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation, suitable for power plant auxiliary equipment, packaging production lines and other year-round non-stop working conditions.
