ILX34-MBS485 is a Modbus RTU serial communication module developed by ProSoft specifically for Rockwell 1734 POINT I/O and CompactLogix L1 series PLCs. ILX34-MBS485 is installed on the POINT I/O terminal base and connected to the Pointbus bus; Can be configured as a Modbus master or slave to enable data exchange between Rockwell control systems and RS485 interface Modbus instruments, frequency converters, temperature controllers, and remote I/O. ILX34-MBS485 serves as a protocol conversion interface to complete data reading and writing between on-site Modbus devices and EtherNet/IP control systems, collect process data such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and issue control instructions for the integration and transformation of multi brand equipment in automation systems.

1. Supports Modbus RTU master/slave bidirectional mode, can be flexibly configured, can collect on-site Modbus devices, and can also be used as a slave to upload data to the upper SCADA.
2. Standard 1734 POINT I/O appearance, directly matched with POINT I/O terminal base, distributed and installed nearby, reducing long-distance wiring on site.
3. RS485 differential transmission, with a maximum communication distance of 1219 meters, strong anti-interference ability, suitable for long-distance wiring of field instruments.
