MVI69-PDPMV1 is a PROFIBUS DPV1 master communication module designed by ProSoft Technology specifically for Rockwell CompactLogix/MicroLogix 1500 series PLCs. MVI69-PDPMV1 is installed in the 1769 local rack as a PROFIBUS bus master, scanning PROFIBUS slave devices to achieve data exchange between Rockwell PLC and various PROFIBUS DP instruments, drives, and remote I/O; MVI69-PDPMV1 supports non cyclic reading and writing of DPV1, which can access intelligent slave station parameters, read extended diagnostic information, and break down the communication barrier between Rockwell platform and European PROFIBUS devices. It is commonly used for integrated transformation of automation equipment of different brands.

Product features

1. PROFIBUS DPV1 master station function, compatible with DPV0, not only supports periodic IO exchange, but also supports non cyclic reading and writing of intelligent device parameters and device diagnosis.
2. Single slot 1769 standard module, directly inserted into the CompactLogix rack, recognized by the PLC as a regular I/O module without the need for an additional gateway.
3. The maximum bus speed is 12Mbps, and a single bus can connect up to 124 PROFIBUS slave stations. It supports multiple master station modules coexisting in the same rack.
4. Support GSD file import, configure the bus through PCB software, automatically calculate bus parameters, and support online slave diagnosis.
5. Equipped with AOI user-defined instructions and example ladder diagrams, it is convenient to write communication logic in Studio5000.
6. CRC verification function, which verifies the configuration of the slave station and reduces fieldbus configuration errors; Onboard LED status light, quickly locate module and bus faults.
7.  Supports FDT/DTM, allowing remote configuration and maintenance of instruments and drivers on the bus.
