- Analog signal acquisition: Receive 4-20mA voltage analog signals from on-site sensors, convert on-site physical quantities into digital signals that can be recognized by the control system, such as blade pitch, pressure, temperature, speed, and other measurement points.
- Analog signal output: Output standard analog control signals to control hydraulic proportional valves, actuators, and other equipment, achieving adjustment and control of propellers and rudders.
- Signal isolation relay: Perform electrical isolation between on-site equipment and the main control unit to isolate interference and surges in the engine room and protect the main control system.
- System signal interface: As a signal bridge between the main control board and on-site sensors and actuators, it completes the closed-loop control of the entire propulsion control system; Support the maintenance and replacement of outdated ship control systems to ensure the stable operation of ship power positioning and propulsion systems.
