SAACKE HMI10-M REV203 is a touch based human-machine interface (HMI) specifically designed for marine boilers and combustion systems, with the following main features and parameters:
Display and operation: 10 inch color touch screen, supporting multi touch, equipped with physical buttons for quick access to commonly used functions.
Control Platform: HMI10-M is based on Siemens SIMATIC KTP1000 series touch panel, compatible with SIEMENS PLC, and can directly read and modify boiler control parameters.
Communication interface: Provides various industrial fieldbuses such as Ethernet, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU, etc., facilitating data exchange with SAACKE’s existing burner control systems (such as DDCC, GVU).
Function module: Built in configuration interface for fuel/gas ignition time (t5, t6) settings, fuel temperature monitoring, flame monitoring, pressure/temperature alarm thresholds, and other parameters. HMI10-M can be directly logged in, managed with level 2 permissions, and queried and modified with parameter codes (2000-2383) on the HMI.
Environmental adaptability: Dustproof and waterproof design, working temperature range -20 ° C~+60 ° C, suitable for harsh marine environments on ships.
Power requirements: 24V DC power supply, power consumption of about 5W, equipped with overvoltage and undervoltage protection.
Safety and Certification: Compliant with IEC 61508 functional safety level and has passed relevant electrical safety certifications from classification societies such as ABS and DNV-GL.
HMI10-M is mainly used for automatic ignition, fuel switching, and real-time monitoring and adjustment of operating parameters of ship boilers, helping operators quickly locate faults and optimize parameters.
