ABB 3BHE014557R6104 UNITOLO1000 B-Z V104 is a DIO digital input/output board for the excitation system of the UNITOLO1000 generator. This module serves as an external signal interface unit for the excitation control system, collecting digital input signals such as on-site switch status, circuit breaker position, unit interlocking, and fault contacts, and uploading them to the excitation control system; Simultaneously receive instructions from the main control, output relay switch signals, control excitation circuit switches, alarm indicator lights, and external interlock protection circuits. The implementation of switch value interaction between the excitation system and the power station DCS, as well as the local control circuit of the unit, ensures the sequential control, status feedback, and safety interlocking of the generator excitation system, and is an important I/O spare part for the synchronous generator excitation regulation system.
