Valmet D201126L ACN I/O Series 8-Channel Isolated Digital Input Module
D201126L is an ACN I/O series 8-channel isolated digital input module produced by Valmet. D201126L collects on-site passive dry contact or 24VDC active switch signals, including pump operation feedback, valve limit, pressure switch, liquid level switch, equipment fault contact and other discrete signals. D201126L converts the on-site switch status into digital signals and uploads them to the DCS controller through the ACN backplane bus for process equipment status monitoring, safety interlock logic, and alarm triggering. D201126L is the core card for DNA DCS system to collect on-site switch signals.
Product features
- 8-channel with electrical isolation design, isolating the channel from the backplane, effectively suppressing on-site surges and common mode interference, and protecting the DCS controller backplane circuit.
- It supports both 24VDC active wet contacts and passive dry contacts, and is compatible with various on-site switch sensors such as valve limit, pump feedback, and safety switches.
- Equipped with channel level fault diagnosis, it can detect abnormal power supply in the circuit, upload fault information to the DCS system, and quickly locate the faulty circuit.
- Support online hot plugging, the system can replace modules without stopping, and other channels can collect data normally to ensure continuous production of the device.
- Fast signal response, response time ≤ 5ms, meeting the fast signal acquisition requirements of the interlocking circuit.
- Industrial wide temperature design, suitable for high and low temperature fluctuations in workshop control cabinets, with strong stability.
- The panel comes with channel status LED indicator lights, allowing for intuitive viewing of the status of each DI signal during on-site inspection and debugging.
- Native compatibility with Valmet DNA ACN rack, high-speed bus communication on the backplane, and can be mixed with ACN series I/O cards such as D201134L and D201136L in the same rack.
