Valmet D201436L (DO16C) 16 channel digital output module
D201436L (DO16C) is a 16 channel digital output module in the ACN I/O series of Valmet DNA DCS system. D201436L is used to receive logic instructions issued by DCS controllers, output 24VDC PNP switch signals, and drive loads such as intermediate relays, solenoid valves, and on-site indicator lights on site. D201436L is used for remote control of pumps, valves, and sound and light alarm devices, achieving remote operation of process equipment and interlocking action output. D201436L real-time collects output circuit status and uploads it to DCS, with circuit fault diagnosis capability.

- 16 channel high-density digital output, with 4 channels grouped together for isolation and electrical isolation between groups to suppress on-site surge interference and protect DCS backboards.
- PNP source output, single channel 0.3A driving capability, suitable for driving solenoid valves, small intermediate relays, on-site indicator lights, and suitable for scenarios with a large number of switch control points.
- Group level fault diagnosis can detect short circuits, overloads, and wire breakage faults, upload fault information to DCS, and quickly locate fault circuits.
- Support online hot plugging, the system can replace modules without stopping, without affecting the output of other channels, ensuring continuous production of the device.
- Fast output response with a response time of ≤ 5ms, meeting the requirements of rapid action output for process interlocking.
- Industrial wide temperature hardware design, suitable for high and low temperature fluctuations in workshop control cabinets, with strong stability.
- The panel comes with channel LED indicator lights to visually view the output status of each channel, making it convenient for on-site debugging and inspection.
- Native compatibility with Valmet DNA ACN rack, high-speed bus communication on the backplane, and can be mixed with D201126L, D201129L, D201134L, D201136L and other ACN cards in the same rack.
