D201784L is the analog output module (AO module) of Valmet D2000 DCS system, belonging to the D2000 series I/O card. D201784L receives digital control signals from DCS controllers, converts them into standard 4-20mA analog current signals, and outputs them to on-site actuators such as regulating valves, valve positioners, etc., to complete continuous PID adjustment of the process circuit, control valve opening, and adjust process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and liquid level. Mainly used for spare parts replacement and control point expansion of old D2000 control systems in the papermaking and pulp industries.

• 8 independent analog output channels, standard 4-20mA signal, compatible with on-site actuators such as valve positioners and electric control valves.
• 16 bit high-precision digital to analog conversion, with a full-scale accuracy of ± 0.1%, meeting the precision adjustment requirements of continuous pulp and paper processes.
• Electrical isolation is established between the on-site side and the backboard, with an isolation voltage of 1500VAC, effectively suppressing on-site surges and electromagnetic interference, and protecting the main control unit of the system.
•  Built in channel level fault diagnosis can detect output overload and circuit short circuit faults in real time, and upload fault information to the DCS system for alarm, facilitating operation and maintenance troubleshooting.
• The panel is equipped with LED status indicator lights, which respectively display module operation, communication status, channel outputs, and fault alarms.
•  Standard rack slot installation, supports hot swapping, shortens system downtime for maintenance in case of failure replacement
•  The circuit board is equipped with a three proof coating, which is resistant to moisture, dust, and vibration, and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high humidity in paper workshops.
• Native compatibility with D2000 system backplane, compatible with the same series of I/O cards for direct use, and easy replacement of spare parts.
