Valmet NOVE T22 M0 Pulp Concentration Sampling Device
NOVE T22 M0 is a Valmet pulp concentration sampling valve, belonging to the NOVE series online sampling device. NOVE T22 M0 is installed on the pulp pipeline to automatically collect representative pulp samples from the pulp process pipeline, and send the samples to the concentration transmitter for pulp concentration detection; The valve has a built-in blowing structure to prevent fiber wall from blocking the sampling port, providing reliable pulp concentration measurement samples for the paper machine DCS system. It is a key on-site equipment for online monitoring of pulp concentration in the pulp making section. This model belongs to the special spare parts for the paper industry and is mostly used for replacing spare parts in the sampling circuit of old pulp production lines.
Product features
- Specially designed for pulp fiber media, with inserted periodic sampling, it can collect representative pulp samples to ensure the accuracy of concentration measurement.
- The valve body is made of 316L stainless steel material, which is resistant to pulp corrosion and wear, and is suitable for corrosive slurry media in cooking and bleaching sections.
- Equipped with air/water blowing and self-cleaning structure, effectively removing slurry and fiber accumulation at the sampling port, reducing blockage, and lowering on-site maintenance frequency.
- Pneumatic drive mode, which can be remotely controlled by DCS system for sampling action, supports timed automatic sampling, and does not require manual on-site sampling.
- EPDM/PTFE sealing is optional, suitable for pulp working conditions with different temperatures and chemical agents, reliable sealing, and not easy to leak.
- Flange type pipeline installation, suitable for the main pipeline of pulp making process, easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient for maintenance and spare parts replacement.
- The shell has an IP65 protection level, dustproof and waterproof, and can adapt to the harsh on-site environment of wet and multi fiber dust in the pulp workshop.
- A complete online concentration measurement system is composed of supporting Valmet concentration sensors, and the sampling signal can be connected to the Valmet DNA/D2000 DCS system.
