VE5009 KJ1501X1-BC3 Enhanced DC-DC System Power Module
VE5009 KJ1501X1-BC3 is an enhanced DC-DC system power module produced by Emerson. The DeltaV controller rack specific power supply unit is hot swappable and supports redundant configuration.
The core function of VE5009 is to receive 24VDC external power supply on site, and after DC-DC isolation conversion, output multiple stable internal power supplies to provide working power for DeltaV controller and I/O interface backplane bus; VE5009 supports dual power supply redundant parallel operation. If a single power supply fails, the other one will take over the power supply without disturbance, avoiding power outage and shutdown of the DCS control station; Built in overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and reverse connection protection, with built-in fault diagnosis indicator lights, real-time reporting of power status, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the DeltaV control station, is the core power supply component of the DeltaV M series rack.
