Yokogawa AAI143-H50 is a FIO series 16 channel isolated analog input module. Compatible with CENTUM CS3000, CENTUM VP DCS control systems, and also compatible with ProSafe RS safety control systems. The AAI143-H50 module adopts a single slot compact rack structure and communicates with the field control station through the ESB/ER backplane bus. The AAI143-H50 is specifically designed to collect 4-20mA standard current signals from industrial sites, and is equipped with an AEA4D terminal board and KS communication cable to complete instrument wiring. It is a core I/O spare part for collecting pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level intelligent transmitter signals in process industries.

Core function

1. High precision acquisition of multi-channel analog signals
   Single card integrated with 16 independent isolation channels, collects analog signals from 2-wire and 4-wire 4-20mA intelligent transmitters, and uploads them to DCS screens, historical trends, and interlock logic after 16 bit AD conversion, achieving real-time monitoring and closed-loop adjustment of process parameters.
2. HART intelligent instrument bidirectional management
   Built in HART communication circuit, no need for additional multiplexer, can remotely read transmitter range, device number, fault code, and can also modify instrument parameters and perform calibration online, cooperating with FieldMate device management software to uniformly operate and maintain on-site instruments.
3. Channel fault independent diagnosis alarm
   Real time monitoring of each circuit disconnection, short circuit, over range, and sensor failure. Single channel anomalies only report local errors and do not interfere with the other 15 channels of data collection. Fault information is synchronized and uploaded to the DCS system to quickly locate on-site instrument problems.
