AFV10D-S41101 is the dual redundant field control unit FCS (Field Control Station) of Yokogawa CENTUM VP system, which belongs to the core process controller and is the field operation control core of the entire DCS system. AFV10D-S41101 is responsible for collecting various instrument signals on site, executing control algorithms such as PID regulation, sequential control, logical operation, and cumulative calculation, and outputting control instructions to executing equipment such as regulating valves, frequency converters, and solenoid valves; At the same time, data exchange is achieved through Vnet/IP, ESB bus, upper control station, and I/O node units to achieve closed-loop automatic control of process loops, parameter monitoring, alarm processing, and event recording, which is widely used for continuous production control in process industries.
