1115-800-056 is a dedicated HSSDC to HSSDC2 high-speed serial data cable from ZYGO company, which is a signal connection component for ZYGO nanoscale laser interferometry measurement system. One end of 1115-800-056 is an HSSDC (High Speed Serial Data Connector) interface, and the other end is an HSSDC2 enhanced high-speed interface, used to transmit high-precision displacement interference signals output by ZYGO laser interferometer probes/laser heads to ZMI series measurement electronic boards (such as ZMI 4104C) or data acquisition units at high speed. 1115-800-056 is designed with precision impedance matching and double-layer shielding to ensure that sub nanometer level interferometric measurement signals are transmitted at high speeds without attenuation, reflection, or crosstalk. It is a signal connection line for precision displacement measurement systems such as semiconductor lithography workbenches, nanometer positioning tables, and coordinate measuring machines.

1. Factory specific custom cable, designed for both ends of HSSDC and HSSDC2 interfaces, specifically for signal transmission in ZYGO interferometric measurement systems, not a universal cable.
2. 100 Ω differential impedance precision matching, impedance deviation ± 5 Ω, ensuring non reflective transmission of 4.25Gbps high-speed serial signals without introducing additional measurement errors.
3. Double layer shielding structure (aluminum foil+copper braided), with a shielding coverage rate of ≥ 95%, effectively isolates electromagnetic interference from workshop motors, high-voltage cables, etc., ensuring stable nanoscale measurement signals.
4. Foamed polyethylene insulation medium, low dielectric loss, low attenuation of high-speed signal transmission, and high signal integrity.
5. Compatible with both old and new interface devices, solving the connection adaptation problem between the early HSSDC laser head and the new generation HSSDC2 measurement electronic board, without the need to replace the entire system to complete the upgrade.
6. The cyclic error of the original cable should be controlled within 1nm. Third party replacement cables may amplify measurement errors to 5-8nm due to shielding and impedance mismatch. It is recommended to use original components for precision measurement scenarios.
7.  PVC outer coating is resistant to oil and chemical corrosion, suitable for long-term use in optical workshops, semiconductor cleanrooms, and metrology laboratories.
8.  The connector is equipped with a locking structure, which is securely fixed after insertion and removal to prevent signal interruption caused by loose interfaces due to equipment vibration.
