PFRL101B-1.0kN 3BSE023315R0005 is an ABB Presductor series radial magneto elastic tension sensor (tension head).
Function: Based on the principle of magneto elastic effect, installed at the end of the roller shaft, real-time detection of radial force on the coil, conversion of coil tension into standard electrical signals, and transmission to ABB tension controller; PFRL101B-1.0kN 3BSE023315R0005 is used for tension closed-loop adjustment in coil production lines, stabilizing the tension of film, paper, fabric and other strip materials, preventing stretching deformation, breakage and wrinkling, and ensuring the quality of coil winding and unwinding processes.
