The AAL7000 oxygen analyzer is a complete set of marine/industrial online oxygen analysis equipment developed by Alfa Laval based on the principle of zirconia sensors
The main function of AAL7000 is to continuously measure the oxygen concentration in gases online, commonly used in ship inert gas generator systems to monitor the oxygen content in inert gases in real time; Transmit the oxygen concentration signal to the control system, and trigger an alarm and interlock protection when the oxygen content exceeds the standard, to prevent the risk of explosion in the cabin. AAL7000 can also be used for detecting oxygen content in boiler flue gas, optimizing air-fuel ratio, improving combustion efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and flue gas pollutant emissions.

1. Adopting a planar dual cavity zirconia sensing element, the response speed is extremely fast, the measurement is stable, the long-term drift is small, and it is suitable for continuous and uninterrupted online monitoring.
2. Split design, the host and probe are separated, and the probe can be directly inserted into the high-temperature process pipeline. The host is installed in a safe area.
3.  Equipped with a comprehensive self diagnostic function, it can detect sensor faults, abnormal heating, cable breaks, and other issues. The fault information is displayed locally and uploaded to the system.
4. Equipped with 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 Modbus digital communication, it can be directly connected to PLC, SCADA, and ship engine room monitoring systems.
5. Configurable relay alarm contacts, supporting high and low oxygen content threshold alarms, achieving safety interlock protection.
6. Complete classification certification, with DNV and MED marine certification, suitable for harsh vibration and humid working conditions of ships.
7.  Easy to operate, the host is equipped with a LCD screen and 4 function buttons, supporting local calibration, parameter settings, and real-time oxygen concentration viewing.
8.  Modular structure, sensor probes can be disassembled and replaced separately, making maintenance convenient and reducing downtime; Support dual probe redundant installation scheme to ensure uninterrupted operation of the system.
