0090-04405 is an AMAT semiconductor equipment VME bus architecture control board, mainly used to support Centura and Endura series semiconductor wafer process equipment. It belongs to the core board of the equipment host control system. Based on the VME64 bus standard, 0090-04405 is inserted into the VME chassis slot of the equipment, responsible for equipment IO signal processing, logic operation, and peripheral communication. It is the control unit of the etching, PVD, CVD process platform. The board is a spare part of the original semiconductor equipment and cannot operate independently without AMAT original equipment.
